Exterior Home Repairs

WILLIAMSBURG CONSTRUCTION LLC was hired to install a new copper valley, install a new copper boot for a vent stack, repair my chimney, repair broken slate, and put protective coatings on metal on my roof. They were honest and they had fair prices. The roofing materials were high quality. The crew that was sent to perform the work were friendly and did a good job. I would hire them again.

Just want to thank Williamsburg Construction LLC who came out to fix my gnarly clog. Super professional, and got everything done quickly after assessing the situation. I ended up taking their advice to grab a new 1-1/2″ brass p-trap to replace the old corroded one that failed while we were taking a look at everything after the clog was cleared. I was able to get the old one off clean, and the new one installed without wrecking any of the other old pipes. So for the time being I am going to keep my wacky mish-mash of pipes below my utility sink. Thanks again.

Our remodeling project was completed near the end on September and we are extremely pleased with the final product. Williamsburg Construction LLC are true professionals and it was a pleasure to work with them. They managed my project with great interest and care towards all details. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. There where no surprises in the scope of the work or in the final billing. Additions and deductions were all organized and accounted for, again; no surprises. The quality of their work and management of sub-contractors was excellent.

All of this made my job very easy to manage and so now, I too would not hesitate when any one asks me for a recommendation for a general construction contractor. Williamsburg Construction LLC has done an outstanding job for us and I am confident they will handle your project with same care and excellence they provided to me.

We are so happy with the work this construction team did on my bathroom. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the attention to detail is impressive, and the entire project was handled with professionalism from start to finish. They transformed my space into something modern, clean, and absolutely stunning.

“We couldn’t be happier with our backyard transformation by Williamsburg Construction LLC. From the initial design phase to the final walkthrough, their team was communicative, respectful, and transparent about pricing. They completely replaced our old patio, installed custom retaining walls, and laid beautiful sod. The crew worked efficiently and left the site spotless every day. Our yard has become an absolute oasis, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch landscaping and hardscaping!”

“We recently used Williamsburg Construction LLC to remodel our kitchen and could not be happier with the results!”

“Their team listened to our needs, offered fantastic design ideas we hadn’t considered, and paid incredible attention to the finishes.” “Renovations can be stressful, but they kept the site clean, communicated timelines clearly, and finished the project on time and within our budget. Special thanks to this company for being so respectful of our home and addressing all of our questions immediately.

Ramón and his team have been amazing. They helped fix everything in my apartment and always did a thorough, professional job. They repaired the sink, fixed the floor, and completely cleaned out the mold in my kitchen. They also did a beautiful job renovating the kitchen floor afterward.

Before the mold was removed, I had a really bad cough, and since they cleaned everything up, the cough has gone away. I’m very grateful for the care and attention they put into the work.

Ramón is always friendly, kind, efficient, and reliable. Whenever something needs fixing, he takes care of it and makes sure the job is done right. I highly recommend Ramon and his team.

All jobs that were done , helped tremendously! Had a great experience and all work was done in a timely manner. Good price , good employees

“Had a great experience with our backyard landscaping project.” Constructed a custom deck with built-in lighting for our backyard. Installed a new fence and landscaping features for the front yard. Budget was respected throughout, with fair pricing on any extras. They were reachable on weekends, which was very convenient. Exceeded our quality expectations – worth every penny.

I just wanted to say how much we appreciate all the hard work you and your team are doing. It’s not only the hard work but the quality of your work that is appreciated. I walk through the house every weekend. Every week I get more and more excited.
